- I like the atmosphere as well as the staff. The were very pleasant and honest in terms of what to expect. I needed to have 4 wisdom teeth removed and they told me upfront that they don’t put people to sleep for the procedure. They understood that it was not something most people would be comfortable with and gave me a referral to other locations that would be able to put me out for the surgery. - I see Dr. Raeisian, and she has always been wonderful. I have replaced 4-5 old fillings, and much to my delight, these replacements were painless. The hygieniests have also always been great, very thorough, not in a rush, and they are very pleasant, happy to respond to any questions I may have. I had a cleaning yesterday, and the hygienist discovered evidence of an infection. Dr. R. confirmed the tooth needs either a root canal or an extraction. I was happy to receive this early diagnosis so that I can act before this condition worsens, producing swelling and pain, which might then require emergency care. I am very pleased with the quality of care in this office. I feel that my care is in very competent, very caring hands. - Excellent service. I read some of the negative reviews. I can understand that is easy to get upset if you have to pay a copayment on your insurance or if you haven't seen a dentist you are told you have cavities. My family and I have had a great experience. This is coming from someone who is utterly afraid of dentists. One of my coworkers recommended Milford Dental Group. - My dentist didnt pull teeth. I had a tooth that I thought it needed to be pulled so I was referred to Milford dental team. Their doctor saw the tooth and informed me that the tooth could be saved. He said pulling the tooth will mess up my other teeth. So I let them do my root canal and they told me to go back to my dentist to put a crown on the tooth. This was 12 years ago. Two years ago I met my husband who was in the last year of finishing dental school when we met. I told him the story. He said that was the wisest thing to do and a lot of people due to lack of education or not caring for their health they end up losing their teeth.
